John Crow Farm produces a variety of pasture-raised poultry and grass-fed meat as well as specialty items.

POULTRY: Cornish Rock Cross Chicken; Cornish Game Hen; Turkeys (Domestic, Blue Slate, Black Spanish); Quail; Partridge; Pheasant; Duck (Pekin, Rouen); and Goose (Toulouse).

MEAT: Pork, Goat, Beef, Lamb, Rabbit (Champagne d'Argent); all cuts; variety of specialty sausages.

VEGETABLES: Broad variety of veggies for sale retail and for our Veggie CSA.

SPECIALTY ITEMS: Turkey bacon; Pot Pies (turkey, chicken, pork); poultry sausage, smoked poultry, and seasoned wings.

DOG TREATS: Dehydrated, grass-fed meat, no additives, used as a treat or protein food supplement.
